This is one of the most entertaining tours of Santorini. You will learn and see a special way we grow grapes on the island, we will have a close up at a vine yard and will learn curious facts about Santorinian wines. After that we’ll start wine tasting visiting 3 different wineries, all special and unique. Use the opportunity to discover the 3600 years of wine making history of Santorini!
Fira & Wine tasting, 4 hours
A walking tour around Fira covering the main important sights of the capital together with a brief historical layout of the island followed by wine tasting.
Oia & Wine tasting,
4,5-5 hours
Hightlights of Oia including the most famous jewels of the settlement and its secret places as well as impressive history. After the stroll around Oia we will continue to one of the famous Santorinian wineries where you will learn about the way of wine production in Santorini and will taste delicious local wines.
Wine Museum (including wine tasting) & Kamari Beach
We will drive through Santorinian vine yards to show you the special way we grow grapes on the island. After that you will visit a unique museum & winery – Koutsogiannopoulos Wine Museum, an entertaining place where you will see the history of wine making in Santorini presented to you through almost real scenes. Even kids will have fun here!
We will taste Koutsogiannopoulos’ wines and after that within minutes will arrive to the black beach of Kamari, one of the best tourist resorts of Santorini. You will have free time for strolling, relaxing on the beach and swimming.
On request a lunch or dinner at a nice local restaurant can be arranged (at extra charge).
